Reporting & writing

Greenwich Time

I cover local government in Greenwich, including the office of the First Selectman, the Representative Town Meeting and various boards and committees around town.

My Greenwich Time stories are available here.

The Phoenix Business Journal

I was the beat reporter covering banking and technology for the Phoenix Business Journal from January 2021 until early October 2022. I was also the lead reporter on AZ Inno, our second news site for coverage of startups, entrepreneurship and innovation across the state of Arizona.

I wrote hundreds of stories during my time at the Business Journal, some which earned awards. I was previously a Dow Jones News Fund summer intern covering minority owned businesses at the PBJ.

My PBJ stories are available here.

The program was created in 1987, but since its inception it had never considered the homeless population when disbursing aid to localities across the nation until the pandemic forced a temporary change.
